Google Drive in Linux

There is a great tool that can allow us to use Google Drive within an Ubuntu box. We don't have a Google Drive client for Linux at the moment but this tool works just fine. it called In-sync

  • Download the Insync.tar.gz via this link
  • Extract to your Home folder
  • Open a new terminal and navigate into the extracted Insync folder using the ‘cd’ command (e.g. cd insync/)
  • Run: sudo ./insync-installer
  • Follow any on-screen prompts
